Preamble
Veloce AI ("Veloce", "we", "our", "us") recognises that the protection of personal information is a fundamental component of trust in the digital economy.
As a provider of advanced artificial intelligence systems operating within a global environment, Veloce is committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Our approach reflects not only compliance with applicable laws, but alignment with internationally recognised best practices in data protection.

This Policy applies regardless of geographic location, subject to local legal requirements.
Foundational Principles
Veloce's data handling practices are guided by the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.
These principles underpin both Australian privacy law and international frameworks such as the GDPR.
