If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Veloce provides an AI-powered conversational platform designed to engage users in real time, capture and structure enquiry data, and provide insights to businesses.

Veloce is a technology platform and does not act as a real estate agent, financial adviser, or service provider.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that responses generated by Veloce AI are automated, outputs are based on available data and programmed logic, and information may not always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Veloce AI outputs do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.

Users are encouraged to seek independent advice where appropriate.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with the platform.

Users must not use the platform for unlawful or misleading purposes.

Users must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the system.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, and technology associated with Veloce are the property of Veloce or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloce excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Veloce is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

Third-Party Services

Veloce may integrate with or rely on third-party services.

We are not responsible for the performance of third-party systems or external data accuracy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or there is misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.

Data Processing Agreement

For Veloce Clients (B2B)

Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") governs how Veloce processes personal data on behalf of its clients ("Client").

Section 02

Roles

The Client acts as the Data Controller. Veloce acts as the Data Processor.

Veloce processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Client.

Section 03

Nature of Processing

Processing includes collection of enquiry data via chatbot, structuring and storage of data, and transmission of leads to the Client.

Section 04

Categories of Data

Data categories include name, email, phone number, enquiry details (budget, preferences, timelines), and interaction history.

Section 05

Obligations of Veloce

Veloce shall process data only as instructed, ensure confidentiality of personnel, and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Veloce shall assist the Client in meeting legal obligations and notify the Client of any data breach without undue delay.

Subprocessors

Veloce may engage subprocessors (e.g. cloud providers), subject to appropriate contractual safeguards and equivalent data protection standards.

Section 07

International Transfers

Where data is transferred internationally, Veloce ensures appropriate safeguards are in place and compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR where relevant).

Data Subject Rights

Veloce will assist the Client in responding to requests relating to access, correction, deletion, and restriction of personal data.

Data Breach

In the event of a data breach, Veloce will notify the Client promptly, provide relevant details, and assist in mitigation efforts.

Termination

Upon termination, data will be returned or securely deleted. Retention will comply with legal obligations.
